Service Tech arrived met my daughter (22yoa) he never pulled the stove out to look at the back where the fan is located. He called me and told me he would have to order the part because he didn’t have it on the truck. He then proceeded to tell me that it was going to cost $560.00 to repair only after he would have to order the part which would take 7-10 business days to arrive. Then would have to schedule another appointment for him to install. He was here at my residence for less that 30 minutes and it cost me $119.00….absolutely ridiculous! The part that the heck had to order was barely over $100.00…..and there was gonna be a $400.00 some labor charge??? Again ridiculous and website very misleading. Will never contact SEARS again for anything, and won’t recommend to anyone. To say I’m disappointed is an understatement!!! Feel like I was Scammed! 😡

I have been a Sears Home Warranty customer for over a year, paying approximately $78 per month for coverage. During that time, my oven has experienced the same recurring issue multiple times. Sears has sent technicians out repeatedly and has replaced numerous parts, yet the problem continues to return. At this point, it seems that the cost of all the repairs and replacement parts has likely exceeded the cost of replacing the appliance itself. What makes this even more frustrating is that every time the same issue reappears, I am required to open a new claim and pay another $100 deductible, despite the fact that the underlying problem was never actually resolved. Customer service is another major concern. It is nearly impossible to reach a human representative. Every call is routed through an AI system, and despite multiple attempts, I have never been able to speak directly with a person who could address my concerns. My most recent service appointment was especially disappointing. The technician did not even turn the oven on to verify the issue. Instead, he appeared to rely on AI tools on his phone to diagnose the problem. Unsurprisingly, the oven continued to malfunction after the visit. I purchased a home warranty for peace of mind and reliable repairs. Instead, I have spent significant money on monthly premiums and repeated deductibles while dealing with the same unresolved issue over and over. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Sears Home Warranty.

Awful! No communication, this company was chosen for me by my home warranty company (first issue) and the appointment was schedule on Sunday for the next day. There are also no live employees to talk to and rescheduling was extremely vague. I couldn't choose a time slot, only another day plus the website was not working. The communication and convenience is bottom tier. If you've had a good experience then good for you, it's an enigma to me.

Uses the world's worst ai to try and schedule things. Absolutely awful, and I will never use a provider that uses ai as the primary or initial point of contact. Go literally anywhere else that doesn't use a clanker. Also would want 120$ to go out and "diagnose" a washer that literally just needs a new gasket around the drum.

Your technician was not on time . The refrigerator the he worked on for 8 hours was left in pieces and parts . It was obvious he didn't know what he was doing . This experience has been nothing shy of a nightmare. Come Monday morning, I am going to find a way to sue you . I gave you my money to fix what was broken . I have the technician name and phone number along with a photo of him . You will without a doubt will be hearing from me. It's not about the money but the experience and the BS your services has put me through is unnecessary and unacceptable . Please don't take this as a threat because it is not but rather professional ethics, principles and morals . So until I hear from your organization I am looking very forward to our future from a customer and client perspective . This you have my word on . I don't give up !!

This is the 6th time someone has had to come to my house (keep in mind on April 8th someone was supposed to come and they didn’t) The guy said my machine keeps tiling out due to our low water pressure, however, our pressure has been the same for 2 and half years and just started having this issue. He said for my hubby to clean the screens on the hoses, which was already done but still messing up. The warranty has not been worth what we paid. I don’t have anything negative about Frank, however, after taking off work 4 times my washer is still not working properly. I am unable to contact the company because it is all AI. And the claims website doesn’t seem to be working.

So I was supposed to have a technician come out today to repair my washing machine at first it was supposed to be between 9 AM and 12 then I’ll call back at 12:10 just to be told the time got pushed to 2 PM to 5 PM now here it 5 PM and I called back and an automated service agent informed me that my ticket is now in the past. A a whole damn day wasted I would not recommend sears appliance repair to no damn body. and what’s even more frustrating is the fact that you can’t talk to a live person. These damn automated agents are so frustrating.

If I could give 0 stars I would. These people NEVER SHOWED UP!!!! I even asked if we were still on when the route sequence time window had closed! They said YES!!! Then proceeded to never let me know that things had changed or anything as I spent the entire day waiting on them! These people are so unprofessional and I hate they are the first ones to pop up when you type in an appliance repair on google. Please skip to the next! Now it’s the weekend and I can’t get anything done as I’ve waited all week for them!
