Repairman was asked not to have elderly lady go down to the basement. He apparently didn't have a flashlight to see the fuse box or couldn't find the pull down light cord. The area where the washer was did have light. He was asked to speak with her about what was wrong. He repaired a pump, then realized the washer wasn't working at all. He was polite and called to explain. He should use a public restroom before getting to a customer's house.

Roy was great. I had already diagnosed that it was a faulty roller. $400 for 2 new rollers and a 1 hour service call is a bit extreme. This is essentially half the cost for a brand new dryer.

It took almost 2 weeks to fix stove. I was told by technician that stove had been improperly installed in 2022 by Lowe’s. The customer complaint line SUCKS!! You can only have contact with AI and that’s question specific. You can’t talk to human. You since repairman to my home in a rental car. The only equipment he had was his tool bag. He found burnt part and told me we could have been electrocuted touching store. Order parts and he returned on 09/22/25 in the rental car. As he is working on stove he told me I needed a new cord. He didn’t have one. I told him if I knew I needed new cord I would have purchased one before today. I told him he NEVER TOLD ME I needed new cord. He told me he didn’t remember if he told me or not but kept insisting he told me but he does have a lot of calls. I asked him if he could go to town and pick one up. He told me he couldn’t. I called local hardware store and they had cords. I asked technician if he could wait outside until I go buy one. He told me he’s not supposed too. He would have to come back on another service call. I’ve been without a stove for almost 2 weeks and didn’t want to go a 3rd week without. Besides he needs power to stove to complete job. I was gone about 20 mins and stove is working. I’ve never had problems with Lowe’s Protection Plans before but not sure I’ll get another after this

I still don't know if what the technician did to my fridge will make my ice maker work again, I really doubt it, on top of that what was supposed to be a free service call under the extended warranty turned out to be a $50.00 charge for cleaning the condenser behind the fridge. We'll see.

The only reason I’m giving it three stars is because it took multiple months to get my washer repair repaired the first technician that came out apparently didn’t know what the hell he was doing and didn’t get my washer fixed and didn’t even make sure it was working properly before he left The second technician that came out ordered all the parts that he thought he needed. I had to wait until December 6 to get my. Just to come to find out, it was just a broken wire on the plus side. My washer has a bunch of new parts that the warranty has paid for, but it took months for Sears to fix when all it was in the first place was a wire the technicians need to be trained a little bit better in their job but my last technician Was very helpful.

He was fine. Disappointed that yall don’t clear dryer vents. Paid 119 for him to tell me what I already knew. I assumed yall could clear the dryer vent. But nope.
