Roy came out and was an absolute professional. Very kind, knowledgeable, and efficient. I would be happy if he was my technician every time I made a call to American Home Shield. Update; Roy did not file our paperwork correctly and now it’s been two weeks without a washer. Please contact me.

This is the 6th time someone has had to come to my house (keep in mind on April 8th someone was supposed to come and they didn’t) The guy said my machine keeps tiling out due to our low water pressure, however, our pressure has been the same for 2 and half years and just started having this issue. He said for my hubby to clean the screens on the hoses, which was already done but still messing up. The warranty has not been worth what we paid. I don’t have anything negative about Frank, however, after taking off work 4 times my washer is still not working properly. I am unable to contact the company because it is all AI. And the claims website doesn’t seem to be working.

So I was supposed to have a technician come out today to repair my washing machine at first it was supposed to be between 9 AM and 12 then I’ll call back at 12:10 just to be told the time got pushed to 2 PM to 5 PM now here it 5 PM and I called back and an automated service agent informed me that my ticket is now in the past. A a whole damn day wasted I would not recommend sears appliance repair to no damn body. and what’s even more frustrating is the fact that you can’t talk to a live person. These damn automated agents are so frustrating.

If I could give 0 stars I would. These people NEVER SHOWED UP!!!! I even asked if we were still on when the route sequence time window had closed! They said YES!!! Then proceeded to never let me know that things had changed or anything as I spent the entire day waiting on them! These people are so unprofessional and I hate they are the first ones to pop up when you type in an appliance repair on google. Please skip to the next! Now it’s the weekend and I can’t get anything done as I’ve waited all week for them!

Took a month for the part to arrive. Then when this guy fixed it he left a hose disconnected and flooded my laundry closet. Once that got cleaned up he left. But the machine still wouldnt work. And why? He forgot to turn the water supply back on. Dear Lord..

It took almost 2 months to get my washer fixed.. the wrong parts were ordered twice never ordered once just three times just miserable it's the worst service in the world your eyes like talking to a minor a 2-year-old I think you have the worst AI system would you buy one that was like $50 untrained you guys need to step up I paid a lot of money for the service and it is the worst you know I had to almost beg you to be able to use my plan that I paid for then I had to not only send you the receipt that I got from the company I bought it from I had to turn around after four times of trying contact the company I bought it from and have them contact you to have you sent the same identical thing that I had the worst service in the world I would not recommend it or worse warranty service so unorganized. This service didn't cost me nothing today but I originally paid a lot of money for the service the warranty extended warranty take $300 and some dollars. I had to almost beg you to let me use it. If I'd been an illegal alien or something you would have put it right through but I'm a citizen to pay for something and I have to beg almost to use something I paid for it's a shame. I would not recommend the service to nobody

I scheduled an appt for 9/29. Received a message the morning of, telling me that someone would arrive between 7:25-8:52. The message also stated that if there was a delay in the time arrival, a technician would reach out. I waited at home until 10:30, no call, no show. I received a call at 2:40 from a technician telling me he was on the way. I explained that I was expecting him between the previously stated times, and because I had wasted 2 hrs waiting on them, I was no longer available. He replied that “ I had just been added to the schedule a bit ago.” He then sent me a link to reschedule, which was no good.

Took 3 1/2 weeks to do a five minute job. Technician came ordered the part and I have not seen anyone for 3 1/2 weeks until today September 13. Service is terrible.
