Update: the service gets worse and worse! Once a nice tech came but was sent to diagnose when the diagnosis had been paid for and already done by local appliance store and we were assured parts would be brought at that time and repair done as you had been told exactly what was needed. Today many weeks later after the wrong parts were sent and shipped in damaged mess of a box so broken unusable, the very kind technician finally came after many more months of our appt having been rescheduled over and over and he couldn’t even do anything with wrong broken parts. Your reminder system is finally fixed after dozens of texts that weren’t going anywhere which you confirmed you knew about and being asked to confirm countless times when you over schedule your poor techs and don’t keep your end of agreement. There is no way to explain the stress you have caused us with a useless like new high end GE Cafe refrigerator still broken with a grinding broken compressor since late summer! Countless hours wasted emailing, calling and waiting! Even when we call your 800 number you have to press wrong prompts to actually reach an agent! You promised we were escalated to emergency level before holidays due to an elderly disabled person in home with severe swallowing disorder who needed that refrigerator! How can you continue in good conscience to cancel over and over, send wrong parts and not care for those who trust you to uphold a warranty service? Our case number is 15939026 please escalate our repair as you promised. Your company confirmed many times and we waited 7 hours for our refrigerator compressor today and you did not come. Very poor customer service without texting us a number where you could actually be reached. Very frustrating to have service auto rescheduled for 2 weeks later during the holidays! None of your 800 numbers or local numbers will answer phone only text us over and over reconfirming when you will not come. Please reach out to us asap with a phone number you will truly answer to come to fix the almost new top of line GE cafe refrigerator that broke after only a few months use causing us expense inconvenience and great delay.

If I could do 0 stars I would. By far the worst customer service I have ever seen. My 90 something year old grandparents have been trying to get someone out to look at their broken dishwasher for 3 weeks now. Have had numerous appointments scheduled with either no one showing up or someone calling to cancel because their car broke down or some other BS excuse. Meanwhile, my grandparents have had to reschedule doctor appointments and other prior obligations just so they could be home to meet with the service technician that has yet to show up. Not sure how this place is still in business with this kind of customer service.

David was a great technician, but it is impossible to speak to a real person regarding a part ordered a while ago to repair my oven. If I knew it was going to take this long to get the part, I would have just purchased a whole new oven.

Sears tech Jeffrey will do anything to get out of work. He is looking for an excuse to reschedule. He is what is wrong with the world today. Poor work ethics.

Warranty coverage had been denied, since I had tried to fix the water leak. I was fine with that but company would not work on it even when I asked if I could pay for the service. Could not get through to anyone on a phone. Will not ever purchase from Lowes or pay for a warranty if the only service you can receive is through email or a text message. Poor customer service.

The guy that came out was really nice but there highway robbery he told me 604.00$ to fix a control board that would literally take him ten minutes to install I had a another guy come fix it he charged me 200.00$ for everything crazy how they try make money off you knowing it's a simple fix and 100$ a hour in labour !! This man must've though he was a mechanic!! Don't go here
