Your technician is the worst,accusatory, and unprofessional that I have experienced. I will not ever use your company in the future due to my experience!

Sears tech Jeffrey will do anything to get out of work. He is looking for an excuse to reschedule. He is what is wrong with the world today. Poor work ethics.

Warranty coverage had been denied, since I had tried to fix the water leak. I was fine with that but company would not work on it even when I asked if I could pay for the service. Could not get through to anyone on a phone. Will not ever purchase from Lowes or pay for a warranty if the only service you can receive is through email or a text message. Poor customer service.

The guy that came out was really nice but there highway robbery he told me 604.00$ to fix a control board that would literally take him ten minutes to install I had a another guy come fix it he charged me 200.00$ for everything crazy how they try make money off you knowing it's a simple fix and 100$ a hour in labour !! This man must've though he was a mechanic!! Don't go here

Terrible. Do not use! The tech did not diagnose my fridge, he just looked at the dead panel and assumed it needed a new control board. He had me pay for the future install and the part right there, which was a huge mistake. I got a second opinion: the tech was entirely wrong. I immediately--the same day--canceled the part and service. I HAVE BEEN TRYING UNSUCCESSFULLY EVER SINCE TO GET A REFUND. Two months later, I still cannot talk to an actual person. No one answers my emails. My calls get stuck in robo-loops until their system hangs up on me. The Live Agents on their website keep apologizing and "escalating the situation" and promising billing will get back to me within the next 24 hours or 3-5 days, but THEY NEVER DO. They've been sitting on $615 of my money for two months with no way to talk to a real person who can do anything. I'm not just one unhappy customer: my experience reveals how impossible it will be for you to resolve any issue should one arise, even an issue as simple as canceling the part and service the same day you order them. I've spent hours chasing my $615 with nothing to show for it. Be warned!

Technician showed up and took my money then told me that he could not repair it because it was in my shed. The shed is enclosed where my freezer is located. Also, a family member has a freezer located beside mine and it works flawlessly . The second reason was it had rust on it. It had rust on when it was I’m my basement. Surface rust has nothing to do with the function of the appliance. I feel robbed.
