Ahmad was the consummate representative of his company, the repair at hand, and me as the customer. The same could be said about Mohammed from previous visits. Mohammed checked in on me days after his fix asking if all was still good. Either A&E employee are welcome in my home in the future. While I hope I never need another repair, I will be sad if I don’t get to see those two gentlemen again. God bless!
