Absolutely exceptional service from Abdul. When a professional handles repairs, everything goes smoothly and efficiently. He was very courteous, fixed the issue with the washer, provided useful tips, and cleaned up the space after the project. I'll definitely be hiring the Sears crew again, especially, Abdul. Sears Service is my go-to for appliance repair and they always deliver outstanding service.

Seear from Sears Home Services is the absolute best. He is able to diagnose the problem quickly and when the parts arrive able to fix the refrigerator very efficiently. He explains what he is doing and offers guidance on how to avoid in the future. He is very helpful.

User-friendly scheduling and updating on arrival time. Mustafa was very efficient in diagnosing the problem, explaining our options, and then performing the repair. Once here, it took just about an hour total.
