Mohammad was the 3rd technician sent to my home. He was the most thorough. If he had come the first time, I think the repair would have been complete in 1 visit. The company seems to have a very inefficient system in place.

The Sears Appliance Repair Technician was courteous, professional and displayed attributes that he knows his profession. First thing is he arrived within the window time we were given and received a text message that he was enroute to our location. He kept things clean and as dry as possible. He discussed his findings and showed us the problem. Permission was authorize to make the repair/service the appliance. When he finished the service, he provided info as to the warranty of his work and asked if we had any questions. It was a pleasant experience.
