Very personable, professional, knowledgeable and an excellent technician I have had to wait for over a month for the repairs. Took off work more than 4 days for no shows More than 3 other technicians were required for 3 separate appliance issues that took 1 skilled technician to complete the diagnosis and all 3 repairs on 3 different appliances in 1 visit and less than 3 hours

Sears was horrible in rescheduling the appointments multiple times. When it was finally scheduled and The service technician showed up - Sayad Feroz, he was awesome and completed the job on time. This rating is for the service technician and not Sears Repair Services.
