The technician came when he was supposed to come. He looked at the machine and made a different diagnosis than a different company had made and fixed all the problems introduced by the other company technician.

I'd give them six stars if I could. My refrig/freezer quit late at night and I got a service appt for early next morning (for which the tech arrived BEFORE the expected time). The tech, Abdul, immediately identified the problem and had the necessary parts and equipment in his truck to make the repair. Additionally, he gave me several helpful tips about maintaining my appliance. I wouldn't hesitate a minute to call these folks again.
