Ram, the tech, was very friendly and competent. He did the work, to fix a non-working ice maker, necessary to install a new computer board and another part in an effective and efficient manner. I was very pleased with the result.

Fixed our problem and sorted out our ice maker problem without any additional cost. Not cheap, though.
