I waited a few days before posting my review to make sure all the repairs were done properly. Because the first technician came a week ago only to replace a part for the refrigerator but left out major cause of the problem unfixed, replacing the door gasket. So, I was still having the same problem. This time, Sears sent me another technician, Madjid, and he nailed down the problems completely in a flash. I watched the way he is carrying out the repairs and can tell he is a well-seasoned technician having plenty of knowledge for his job. I am so pleased with his job performance and now my fridge works like new, no more loud noise or ice buildup inside of the wall. Sears should appreciate having an employee like Madjid and acknowledge his value for the company. If I could, I’d like to give him 10 stars! Millie K

Saman was great but communicating with Sears using only a computer is rated as 1. I needed to talk to a human being but could not get one. Jamal who came on 11 October is a 1 also. He did not know what the problem was and would not intstall the piece that Saman had ordered. When I asked to speak with his supervisor he said that the supervisor was named Carlos but that he was not allowed to give out his phone number and only referred me to the 800 number in the truck where I could only speak with a computer again. Sears does not focus on the customer , especially an 86 year old like me

Cesar was great. Showed the broken art, explained it all so well and performed the service expertly. He also serviced the dryer—checking it out and vacuuming gobs of lint from deep inside the dryer. Wonderful. Thank you.

Technician was GREAT and profressional but Sears Customer Service was HORRIBLE. When I call the customer service NO ONE answers and it is ONLY automated system takes your call.
