Service on an Admiral Washing machine was completed. Took a little bit to figure out how to get the cover off. They replaced the suspension rods on the washer. I was unsure if the plastic mounts for the suspension rods were replaced as well it didn't appear so. But technicians were timely, friendly, knowledgeable, and had the part to complete the repair in the first visit. NOTE: Sears was dispatched my my home warranty company Choice Home Warranty.

The technician did his job. The people who dispatched him to the house did not send the parts that I requested. No diagnostics were performed on the washing machine to see if anything needed repair that I was not aware of. All they want is to sell a home warranty, which I did not want.

Well I made the appointment over the phone with a live person and then one hour later recieved a text message saying Mt appointment had been rescheduled for another day, not the day I was first told over the phone. I did not change it that was Sears that changed it with no one calling me back or any ok from me. The night before the appointment I recieved a call asking me to press one to confirm the appointment. Which I did however the next day no one showed up. My time frame was 7am til 5pm. I was home all day. No phone call, at 1:50pm I recieved a email saying I was indanger of losing my appointment if I didn't confirm so I confirmed but still by 5pm no one showed up. So I called the phone number on the email and was able to make a new appointment. So it took three full weeks to get a technician to come to my home and it was for my kitchen refrigerator.
