The tech did a fine job but the cost of the repair was more than a new washing machine so opted against the repair and now have to get a new machine - not fun.

Called to repair my AC. I think he could identified the issue. He said it is a pump pipe issue and said he cannot repair it. So, the problem is not solved yet.

Technician ordered parts for changing refrigerator lights, which was delivered at our home. Not sure if he replaced all the lights with new ones. Took the box with him without showing if all lights were replaced with new ones or only few lights. When asked he said he needs the box. Few lights are white and two at the top are yellow, indicating may be all were not changed.

While the Repair went well, which took place on a second appointment, after parts being ordered. The window of arrival time is ridiculous. Your only options are 7am-6pm or 8am-5pm. My husband and I own a small contracting company performing exterior remodeling services, and we would never give people an 8+ hour window. I hope they can figure out a way to better manage this

He was knowledgeable but he told me I needed to vacuum behind and under fridg. Am standing listening to him with my cane. He did not vacuum under fridg for me even tho he said it needed it! Don’t you think he should have done that since he had back panel off?

Although there were technical difficulties with the home services app, resulting in our wasting the day waiting for a technician to show up as scheduled as originally promised, the second attempt resulted in the satisfactory repair of our refrigerator.
