They don't tell you before confirming appointment that you need the unit pulled out/moved and 100% accessible from all sides. They send a skinny guy with no special tools who couldn't dead lift a q-tip. I bought a $15 part on e-bay and fixed the washer myself. These things aren't hard to fix, so I recommend paying someone $40 to move it and do the repairs yourself.

If it weren’t for the technician (who I give 5 stars) I would not use this business. They are difficult to contact and when I finally do the call usually is disconnected. Today’s appointment was changed and rescheduled 2x and yet the tech showed up within the time frame initially given and did a super job.

It was the worst service experience I’ve ever had. They were sent through my home warranty company, but they couldn’t fix the problem because they didn’t have the necessary part. They only diagnosed the issue and charged me for the visit. They told me they would return once the home warranty company approved the cost of the part. A week later, the approval was granted, but they falsely reported that the repair had already been completed and never came back. The problem is still not fixed, and I am currently waiting for the home warranty company to resolve my complaint. Overall, it was a terrible experience, and I would not recommend this company.

It’s terrible service , most of the technicians do not know what they do , it’s waste of service and we can’t even reach them . I strongly NOT recommend their service .

Service technician was rude. Can’t explain the problem. Claims AC capacitor needed to be replaced although unit was up and running. AC units don’t run if capacitor is dead! Upon checking on Freon pressure he let out a good amount due to improper handling of gauge and hook up tubes. Ended up canceling the service. Overall, very poor experience and total waste of time.

From the moment the technician walked in he asked for my wifi password stating his work smartphone connection was showing one bar. I explained that I work from home and due to the nature of my job I cannot share the wifi password with him. Then he asked that I share my hotspot from my phone with him. I declined because of the same reason. He spent 10 minutes trying to convince me to do that. When he realised I will not, he then pulled his own cellphone and used it for the hotspot. Honestly, very unprofessional. The repair price for a fuse was over the $600 range, so we ended up paying the diagnostic fee of $129. Very unprofessional experience.

Most unprofessional technicians are with them. Technician made me reschedule 2 times for stupid reasons after first visit and took $65 fee and ofter 2 weeks on the day of appointment he called me at 4PM and said he is on his way in 20 min. At 4:30 I got a message from Sears saying I need to reschedule to next day. The next day no one came. I called the service number like 50 times, and becuase it is all automatic nobody cared. Between all the lying and unprofessionalism, we don't have AC for 3 weeks. I really think they are running out of business and dont have any good professional technicians working for them. I see the pattern in the reviews and I feel like they are on the path to close the shop!

I had a horrible experience with Steven today. He was yelling and rude to not only me, but my mother, and my friend. He would not speak with my mother or my friend regarding the situation when I was there via phone call. He was speaking over us and yelling when we were not even raising our voices. Completely unprofessional and quite frankly scary for my elderly mother.

Very poor experience. The technicians are free lance and treat people poorly . Then there is no where to call for customer support . I just wish you would go completely out of business
