I have had three appointments, taken three days off of work, and the tech has NEVER COME TO OUR HOME. We have spent over eight hours on hold and no one has come, and no one will escalate. Three days of missed work, waiting at our home between 8AM and 5PM with no cancellation and no one showing up. No apologies, and no response.

The work, once actually completed was just fine. The actual process of getting the work done was absurd at best. Multiple times technicians showed up without parts, wasn't sure if they worked with the appliance in question (Thor Range) said they didn't have enough people to move the range (this was said on two different occasions after knowing exactly what they were working with) and then I was forced to sign a document stating that it was not their responsibility if they damaged our floor. This entire situation lasted almost 5 months, for a 25 minute repair. In the end it was 2 no shows, and 3 visits to the house before the work was completed.

We had several appointments to have our washer repaired. We were scheduled for 8 in the morning, one would think this would be the first appointment of the day...evidently we were second on the list. The exact time frame was between 8 and 12. We checked in at 10 after not hearing anything, they told us the guy would be here at 11. 12 came by and we heard nothing new...so we checked in again. They said the job before was a bigger job than they'd anticipated so it took longer, but he's "on his way." At 1 they proudly told us that the technician would be there between 8 and 12 and then silence. We had to remind them that 12 was an hour ago. We checked in hourly. The call in number was for a location in India which basically was just an answering service that had a one-way communication system with the dispatch and scheduling capability. The Dispatch was unresponsive. We were promised a call back and received none. The technician was unresponsive. I expressed my concern for the technician since they hadn't called and the call center technician told me I was a terrible person. Eventually, they told me that it was too late for the technician to come out and we'd have to reschedule...FOR 3 WEEKS LATER. We'd already waited 3 weeks from setting up this first call. They blew off our call and then pushed us to the back of the queue as a result. This company is evidently a dumpster-fire and I'd frankly rather pay for service than have a warranty serviced by them again for the way they treated us.

If it was possible to give 0 stars I would. Buyer beware: Sears Master Protection Agreement requires Sears to conduct repairs but does not stipulate a timeframe for dong so. My refrigerator has been non-functional for almost 4 weeks due to a backordered part. I have been told that there is no date for when the part will be available and also no date for when they would be obligated to replace my refrigerator because the part was not going to become available. Basically my $1000 warranty is worthless because they establish no timeframe for when the appliance actually has to be fixed. Buyer beware. Get your appliances elsewhere.

The worst service I have ever experienced. I had a repair scheduled through my home warranty company for a ice maker. Explained on the phone exactly what was wrong. The motor on the ice maker no longer works. Get appointment for tech to come out 2 weeks later - took a day off of work on May 14th for technician to come out, he comes and says you are 100% right that is what’s wrong with the ice maker, but I don’t have the part. I will order the part, but you will have to have another appointment to install it in 2 more weeks. -May 25th took another day off for the repair to be done, but there was still an issue with the ice maker, and again they didn’t have the part. You have to make another appointment. -May 4th 2018, have an appointment between 8am-12pm confirmed with a phone call the night before. 12pm rolls around and nobody shows up. I call and I’m told someone will be there within the hour. It’s now 1pm and again nobody is here. I call back and I am told there is no technician in the area today, we need to reschedule. WHAT????? ARE YOU KIDDING. ME. I have already taken off 3 days of work for this and NOBODY had the decency to even call me and say nobody was coming and lied to my face an hour ago. Now I’m pissed and the person on the other end of the phone wants to give me an attitude. ARE YOU SERIOUS. You expect people to be able take almost a week off of work to fix a ice maker that should have been fixed the first time your technician came out. WORST SERVICE, CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER....I wish I could give you a negative rating. How you all are still in business amazes me. I will do everything I can to ever avoid using your services, and I use that term loosely. I will also make sure friends and family don’t use you either.

False advertising - Sears has gone completely downhill. Scheduled a $99 service call for a microwave oven diagnosis - this was booked a week in advance as that was the earliest I was available. The service person called me the day of service to let me know that he was way behind schedule and to attempt to extort $150 dollars more - the $99 service call was now going to be $249. Absolutely disgusted by this illegal bait and switch attempt - I contacted the service center 888 number and they sided with the technician - letting me know they would not honor the $99 booking, which was documented in the email confirmation. The BBB and FTC will be notified and I do hope folks aren't falling for this. I assume these criminals have been notified of pending Sears closures and are attempting to rob customers while they can. Do not use this service - the beloved Sears is no more.

I have seen any company like this before, don't buy yourself frustration by calling them even if you have to buy the parts on your own, everything is missed up with them here is what you will get: 1. appointments one week to 10 days and for sure they won't be able to fix it in one visit so every follow up appointment you have to wait.... 2. two times cancellation of appointment ...3. two times wrong part been ordered by technician. 4. after 40 days the fridge still not fixed and they are saying they don't refund the service fee !!!!!!

I would not recommend. When I called the Sales rep told me the technician would come and clean the mildew on the washer as part of the cleanup. But he didn't touch it. I asked many times, he responded he doesn't have time to do it and even when he does clean, it will come back. I didn't understand why I scheduled the appoint. will not recommend the service. I understand that it is not repair, but as part of the cleaning and maintenance, he is supposed to clean it. He did not. I should have read these reviews before but foolishly I took 5 appliances cleaning and maintenance and paid 250.00. It is not worth it....
