Confirmation says IN WRITING $99 to show up. If they can not fix appliance or you decline repairs its $99 it says IN WRITING. They show up way late. Have multiple guys calling on day of services. Can not fix my grill. Here for 10 minutes. Charge me $140 (over charge). Leave trash in backyard. Leave my battery (from sparker) in back yard. The worst service that also comes with an attitude. You would think a company that has 85% 1 star reviews would do something about that? Wish I read those reviews first! This business is not honest or capable. Terrible in every way. Update. Said they would refund my $40. But never did.

Incompetent. They have been to my house twice in 2 weeks to fix my Kenmore Elite washing machine that is leaking and shearing off the bolt that holds the bottom of the washer drum in place. Both times the repair person claims to have tested the fix. When I do a load of laundry, the washer still leaks and the bottom of the drum is detached. Starting my third week now with 5 family members and no washing machine. This service is being procured through CINCH HOME SERVICES. Cinch is a complete fraud. They charge $100 for each and every appointment even when it is multiple trips to fix the original problem. STAY AWAY-this is NOT what Sears service used to be. It’s all a cash grab targeting those of us who would prefer to keep appliances out of the landfills.

I have given $50 deductible to Assurant already for the technician to visit but the technician asked me another $100 for opening the dryer for further checks and cleaning on asking why he said this is not covered in warranty than i asked can you show me where it is written than he asked me to check with assurant. For opening and checking if these technician charge me additional amount than what I paid as deductible is what i dont understand. Worst service

We just received the absolute worst customer service from Sears. A company that we have trusted in this house for decades! We had an appointment for our fridge to be repaired today. We received and email confirmation of the appointment last evening and another confirmation at 7:30am. After waiting around most of the day, we called around 3:30 to check on the technician's schedule only to be told that our appointment had been canceled by their scheduler early in the day. Nobody called us to let us know. We were just waiting for hours on end for no reason. When we called the company we spoke with Dominique, who passed along the problem to Ronin who passed the problem to Leah. The provided no satisfaction and we felt that they were mocking us. We asked to speak to a manager or someone who would give us a straight answer. They all failed miserably. We have NEVER experienced this kind of service. Both my wife and I are extremely disappointed by what happened today. Sears used to be a name that was respected. Now for us it is a name to be AVOIDED. Only gave one star because we could not give zero stars for terrible customer service.

Absolutely horrible customer service. Our office refrigerator stopped cooling. I scheduled a diagnostic appointment with Sears to look at the refrigerator. Service guy came, identified problem, ordered parts, and schedule a repair appointment. The parts were delivered to our office. On repair day, service guy never shows up. We had no number to call to check on his schedule. He never called to say he needed to reschedule. Nothing! Do not use Sears. There is a reason they went bankrupt.

I have been trying to get a detailed report from sears with the diagnosis and parts needed for the repair. They were sent out through the home warranty company. I have not gotten any further details back regarding my request. I spoke with repair care and was told I would be getting a reply with more details but to date have not gotten this.
