Our furnace broke down during a winter snowstorm here in Virginia. Steven was sent to check our furnace by the Sears Appliance Service. Steven got to work immediately. He's very detailed and strict, knowledgeable in his work as a technician, skillful in diagnosing the problem. He found out that the inducer motor was no longer functioning and that the pressure switch needed to be replaced. He ordered the parts and returned to install the new parts. Now, thanks be to Steven, we're back to having a warm and comfortable home!
