I want to take a moment to thank the exceptional support extended by Hai T. Our heating system was under performing and the external HVAC completely froze leading to colder rooms. He checked everything and fixed the issue. Hai also took time explaining some basic things for us yo take care to minimize such events. Thank you, Hai T.
