I had an inspection evaluation of my washing machine, which the technician confirmed. I had a bed pump motor… With the repair cost coming in at more than 50% of a new washer (No judgment on pricing of the repair, Everything’s more expensive these days) We’ve decided to get a new washer instead

We were completely satisfied with the services provided by Sears especially by the lead technician Mohammed. The first service call was last week and it was determined that parts were needed for our Microwave. This morning Mohammed and his 2 colleges repaired our built-in unit and did a GREAT job.
