Technician was personable. He explained what he thought was the cause of the leak. He removed the panel under the door and the installation behind it, to check for leaks, and reassembled it. The door now makes noise when it's fully opened and closed. This was not happening before. The dishwasher still leaked after repair. (See attached pictures.) Therefore the repair was not successful.
