Tech was great. I do have an issue as I sent detailed pictures with the model #, serial # and the make of the garbage disposal before technician arrived. The technician stated I needed a replacement, however one would need to be ordered. Sears, why do you have AI bots asking for information before service call and then a technician shows to tell me I need a replacement? This is inefficient. Now I need to wait again for my replacement to be shipped to my home and another service call to install - - maybe. I have a feeling that my replacement garbage disposal will arrive and then I am stuck finding someone to install it.
