Absolutely worst experience ever! I have been a customer since last year. My fridge is not cooling or freezing. Called Sears, waited a few days for a technician to come. They evaluated the fridge, ordered the parts that came in 2 days. Had to wait for 3 weeks to have someone from Sears come in. Finally I had all 7 parts installed after 5 hours of work (stayed until 9pm). Great! Oh wait, the fridge is not cooling or freezing after all this labor. Not at all! The technician left old parts for us to dispose, they are large and I can't trash them or recycle, they have to be taken to a special place. Really? Ok things happen I guess. Called them back the first thing in the morning. They gave me an emergency virtual appointment with a next level technician and that was an absolutely huge waste of my time. Without seeing, how can someone evaluate the problem over the phone? A few questions reading the notes and asking what the problem was. The problem was already written in my records when I called first thing in the morning. We spoke about replacing the fridge, the technician said its up to customer service. Called customer service, they said its up to a technician. Called the technician and they said its up to the customer service. Its a circle. Now I have another appointment in a week for another evaluation. I have a family and small children and no refrigerator for almost a month. I asked to speak with someone in the management, they gave me a regular customer service number. Definitely worst experience!!! No one is there to have a solution, just passing the appointments around. Can't get to the management to complain and have someone adequate to speak with to understand the problem. I just wanted a knowledgable technician to come in and fix the fridge, or replace if needed since I have Sears insurance now. I wasted time, time off work as they schedule their timeframe from 7am-6pm so I had to take off work. I will be looking for another company now. Don't waste your time!!!

If I could give zero stars, I absolutely would. This company has been nothing but a nightmare to deal with. They canceled my scheduled appointment four times and took over a month and a half just to repair my dryer — even though the replacement part was sitting at my house for over 20 days. Each time I scheduled an appointment, they canceled it on the day of and automatically pushed it out another week. To make matters worse, their customer service is completely automated — there’s no way to speak to a real person. You’re stuck in an endless loop of a computerized system that offers no help or accountability. Save yourself the frustration and look elsewhere. This company clearly does not value their customers’ time or experience.

The technician was extremely rude and unprofessional. Didn’t repair anything, refused to tell me what the problem was, and yelled at me when I insisted to know what was wrong with the AC unit. When I told him that I was the customer and he shouldn’t yell at me, he yelled again and said to give him zero stars, before leaving. I wish I could leave zero stars.

This experience has been terrible from start to finish. The original diagnostic was completed 6 weeks ago and the part needed has been on back order ever since. The part finally delivered and UPS shows it was accepted by a person named Dave (not associated with my household in any way). I don’t know where the delivery was received because the technician showed up and did not have the part. I took a day off from work to be here for this repair (I do not work from home), not only did the technician show up at 11:30 when the service appointment window was from 7am-11am, but he was rude, constantly talked over me and interrupted me - And the service was never completed. The service also required I unplug my fridge/freezer for 2 days ahead of the appointment (which I did), meaning I haven’t had fresh food at home for two days and had to get rid of many goods I had stocked up on. I’ve lost money from the food that went to waste, food I had to purchase dining out since I was unable to buy ingredients for home, the equivalent dollar amount I have now used on a PTO day to be here for this appointment, and I’ve lost time waiting over 6 weeks for this service. It’s more time and cost friendly to order the parts from Amazon and compete the repair myself. Could not have been a more horrible experience.

Probably the oddest house call I have ever had. The tech gave a ridiculously high estimate to start. He then offered another company that could do the work cheaper. In fact I got a text quote from the other company after he left with a quote almost half of what he bid through Sears, not sure how they got my number. After he left I realized he also hadn’t put on shoe covers and it had been raining. I only realized that as he left one of the booties in the driveway when he left.

Waited all day for my appointment. Appointment time kept moving back later and later until the tracker said the technician had arrived. NO ONE ARRIVED. No one even called to let me know. They closed the ticket without even showing up. Terrible service!

He came and do not check anything just turn on and off and said error as code , water not drain as we tell him , it a Plummer we know that , wasting time BTW it 15 min which is we know if you will come to check like this you don’t need to come you know , nothing

I really hate to do bad reviews but these guys are not organized at all. I had a confirmed appointment for an afternoon window and waited at home. By the end of the afternoon I did not hear from them. I then went on the website and it said my appointment was canceled and asked me to reschedule. I went to a chat to talk to a nice guy who tried to explain that they would try to come out the next day but it was too late. I was upset because I wasn't notified by their system that it was canceled and wasted all afternoon. Interesting thing was on the chat he tried to sell me a warranty package. Amazing! I told him to forget it and I told him I was going to write a bad review on Google. They deserve it
