The latest technician was great. However, the appointment was rescheduled with no explanation multiple times over a course of a week. The technician that claimed to be at the unit in 11/3 was rude and impatient. The Sears home links do not offer any remedy as I tried to use them to update the contact information and I kept getting a system error message. I had to call the provided number and make selections to make a new appointment.

The Sears technician did a great job. Sears scheduling/dispatch needs A LOT of work. Scheduling a customer with an 11 hour window, the customer moves all their (Friday) appointments to Monday, then is notified at the end of the 11 hour window that the appointment is now moved to the following Monday is absolutely UNACCEPTABLE!! It is Sears problem they are over-scheduling, not the customers; unfortunately, the customer suffers. Sears, fix yourself!!

Began well with 1st appt on 4/21, but has been terrible thru today, 4/28. There is no way to talk to a human to discuss the.poor service and hopefully correct it! Have not been able to use my washer since the part arrived last thurs! I would not use Sears after the terrible experience!! AND THERE IS NO WAY TO TALK TO A HUMAN!!!!

Had a tech assigned to arrive between 1 and 5. Tech was delayed and scheduled to arrive at 630. Tech never showed up and appointment was canceled without my knowledge.

Do not ever deal with these people. They are the absolute worst company to deal with. It's been over 2 months since my dishwasher has been broken and they're still giving me the run around. I schedule an appt and they reschedule it and then don't show up to fix it. 2 months I've been dealing with this. It's absolutely frustrating.

Never received service. Call 800 number to find out when tech will arrive only to find out a tech was never assigned although appointment was confirmed. Waited all day Sat 1/4 for tech to arrive Never got txt msg or email or phone call. Appointment was confirmed then also. Not wasting a second day waiting. People who answer the phones are useless. Have to verify information every time they xfer call. If I could assign zero or negative stars I would. Never doing business again. AND I HAVE A REPAIR WARRANTY

Two times gave me the appointment 8am to 5pm never showed up after 9 hours waitting called them answer was our technician don't work on viking appliances. Both of my days off wasted waitting on Sears technician.

What a joke. Despite being told exactly what brand and model of boiler it was, he showed up, claimed he didn’t fix that and left. Now I have to ask for another repairman and he probably gets paid for coming.
