I had leaking water from my kitchen which damaged the drywall ceiling in my rec room downstairs. The source is either the dishwasher or the water supply line. Mr H. Q. searched for leaks by pouring water from buckets and running the DW to eliminate the water supply in the diagnostic. He determined the DW was not leaking. This result is critical to proceed with further problem solving. He was patient and thorough, applying critical thinking and consultation. He was also very pleasant with good communication. Job well done! 5 stars!

Good repair in good time. However, the freezer drawer was not re-installed correctly. It did not seal and considerable frost formed quickly. We fixed it...we think
