The scheduling was seamless, but the person who came out wasn’t very friendly or communicative. He did the job, though.

The technician was nice and honest but disappointed when ask for a replacement refrigerator, he suggested that I go to Home Depot or Lowes or any place that sells refrigerator because online order does not remove old appliance.

The latest technician was great. However, the appointment was rescheduled with no explanation multiple times over a course of a week. The technician that claimed to be at the unit in 11/3 was rude and impatient. The Sears home links do not offer any remedy as I tried to use them to update the contact information and I kept getting a system error message. I had to call the provided number and make selections to make a new appointment.

The Sears technician did a great job. Sears scheduling/dispatch needs A LOT of work. Scheduling a customer with an 11 hour window, the customer moves all their (Friday) appointments to Monday, then is notified at the end of the 11 hour window that the appointment is now moved to the following Monday is absolutely UNACCEPTABLE!! It is Sears problem they are over-scheduling, not the customers; unfortunately, the customer suffers. Sears, fix yourself!!
