The service technician did a remarkable job. There were issues with the scheduling between the call center and the service providers. However when the technician arrived at my home and saw that this had persisted for much longer than needed. He made changes to his schedule to do what needed to be done and resolved my issue.

We have been using Sears Home Warranty well over a decade. How can anyone stay with a company that long and have complaints? Right. They are always prompt and professional. They always follow up on the techs they send and if they detect a hint of dissatisfaction, they will get right into removing it. The Techs are always polite and thorough. A satisfied customer is what I am.
