It is crazy they sent someone to come in and did the diagnostic to my refrigerator and my dryer. After he finished, he told me to pay him before getting the report and after I paid him I said that where the report and the receipt were. He told me to pay him to fix the problem, and I shouldn't call Sears to fix. I told him I needed a report he refused to give, and they charged $160.00, and $119.00 is just like a scam

Technician showed up, put a part in my washer, started the drain and spin cycle, and said he couldn't stay to see if that resolved the issue and left. It didn't resolve the issue and I am back to square one. Rude and unprofessional, would give 0 stars if I could.

My stovetop is not fixed and I got billed $353 for nothing. I demand a refund.

They made it worst than it was. the fridge was not working but i was able to get water (not cold) now i could not.

DO NOT PURCHASE REAIR PLAN. Impossible to use website on phone. Difficult to contact someone. Has a $100 deductible for service I was not told about.
