It has now been five hours since the condenser was installed, and there is no cooling at all. Something needs to be done.

Austin was wonderful. The Sears/Cinch system not so much. Multiple phone numbers take the customer in circles with NO way to speak with a human. The website has limited functionality and displays incorrect or outdated information with not helpful options. I'm still waiting for an email that documents my service call and what was done to resolve the issue. It would be nice for the customer to have a written repair history. Every service provider does this except you. On a positive note, Sears Customer Service [real human] did reach out to me via phone wanting to know if my issue had been resolved. They we able to schedule a follow up visit with Austin.

Austin was incredible. Sears provided horrible service. I contacted sears as many ways as I could and was assured my fridge would be repaired on the date I scheduled it. Turns out no repair was scheduled and I had to wait theee extra days for my fridge to get fixed. I was so disappointed that there was such a horrible job done by the sears system. I was assured by multiple contacts that my repair would happen and it never did. It wasn’t until I called my original tech, Austin, that anything changed. Honestly I should have gotten this job done for free. The service was non existent. Austin is the only one who actually helped me. Total fail on the part of sears. I do still want my money back. Horrible service to tell me my fridge would be repaired for three days in a row with no intention of sending a repair man. Going without a fridge for two weeks was ridiculous.
