Tech Mike was great. I can't say the same for sears home service. It is impossible to reach anyone live on the phone and there chat bot doesn't give an option for a live agent. I had to reschedule with them 3 times over a 6 week period and they could nit get the appointment right. Meanwhile, my washer was broken for 6 weeks and there was no one to call. My home warranty company finally had to get on them.
