Technician arrived within the window and fixed the dishwasher in a matter of minutes. Mike was professional, courteous, and fair priced. Would hire him again.

Michael was great, the 5 stars is for him and him alone! Even after he finished, went to his vehicle and came back because he felt like there was a misunderstanding about what he had explained to help us prevent the problem from happening again. He was right, we had not understood and he went and showed my husband what he was talking about. The scheduling process was a complete joke, I’d give that a 1 star. 8am-5pm is the window given and I was only ever given Sundays as an option to have a tech come. I tried to reschedule, my first assigned date was Mother’s Day, and my only other options for the next 8 weeks were on Sundays. Not how I want to spend my Sundays or better yet, a smaller arrival time frame.
