My appointment was delayed 2 days & while the repair person was very nice, it really messed up my schedule. Also, the fee ($139) to just tell me that it would cost over $450 to fix my 17 yr old dryer was outrageous!

Technician never showed up. They canceled appointment stating we were not home. We were not only home but wife was in the front of the house when tech supposedly showed up. Total fail.

Our experience with Sears was not positive. The first appointment was fine but then we had to wait 7 weeks for a return appointment even though we had already paid for the service. They canceled many appointments without communication. I would not use them again.

The worst appliance shop I've ever dealt with. First off You can't ever get a live person. Everything is done off of AI. So if you have anything out of the ordinary, you will not get a live person or get a resolution. The technician came out off my home warranty and said I had to pay him because it wasn't the home warranty that scheduled him. Which is weird to me because Why would he have came out then? I had another broken dryer that my homewarranty wouldn't cover. So the technician change the heating element in it. Which I paid 400 and some odd dollars for. And my tub no longer moved after he got done. He said he would just add the parts for that on my dryer that I had the home warranty. And scheduled me for 2 weeks later, and never showed up. I can't get anybody to find the account and the dryer that I did pay for to get fixed again. And 3 loads later, it's back to not heating again. I highly recommend anybody, but these guys, your neighbor anybody. It's the worst experience I've ever had. Still dealing with it. I'm probably going to have to take them to small claims.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE SERVICE! Bought an LG Microwave in March, Microwave stopped working in May. Worked with LG support to get someone out to repair as it is under warranty. The appointments were over a month out so we waited. Michael came out last Sunday, June 22nd, and found the fuse on the back of the board bad in our brand new Microwave. The fuse is soldered on, so it's not replaceable. He said he couldn't order the board for some reason and he would find out the next day and let me know, that was 4 days ago. I got ahold of LG and he closed the call, so guess what? Sears repair doesn't have any calls open for me, so I tried texting the number he called me from with no response and tried calling it with no luck. Good luck trying to get ahold of this service center, it's all AI and you cannot talk to a living person. The AI asks if I want to reopen my appointment and schedule another visit, then tells me there is no appointment available to schedule because it's not open. This place needs to do better. LG now has to send another company out in 2 weeks to re-diagnose the microwave and get a part.... To the owner who replied and told me to call the service number or go to the website, I just tried again and there isn't a human I can talk to. The automated system cannot find an open request as Michael closed it out. So you cannot assist me further apparently. The tech also told me that there was only 2 guys running the calls and everyone was fired in the office and they went to AI for everything. This has got to be the worst and most frustrating experience I have had with a service company since you cannot talk to a living person to help out in this situation. I give up on this place and will wait for the other company to come out and diagnose and order the part.

My ice machine stopped working. A local repair shop diagnosed it as a sealed coolant system blockage, which is under GE warranty. GE sent David out to do the repair, but David determined there was no issue with the sealed coolant system. Instead he determined it was a water valve and control board, neither of which were under warranty. I had to pay $1,180 for parts and labor to fix it. However, after he completed his work, the ice maker still did not make ice. 4 days later, A&E sent David back out and he determined that he had misdiagnosed the issue. It WAS the sealed coolant system all along, as I had told him previously. This was then covered and handled by GE at no cost as it was under warranty. However, David and A&E/Sears have refused to refund me for their misdiagnosis. I even switched out the parts and tried to send back the new parts that were ordered (yes, my ice machine works perfectly with the old water valve and control board). I am currently pursuing taking them to small claims court for an even higher amount. Do not trust A&E.

It was terrible. I took the whole day off of work because they give you a time window between 8 and 5. I could not find out any information about the status of when the repair person would be coming. I called at 4:30 because I still had not heard anything. After 5:00 I got a text saying my appointment was cancelled. I called the company and they wanted to schedule me again the next day between the hours of 8 and 5. Sears did nothing to make it right and there was no communication. I missed an entire day of work and still have a broken washer. I definitely was not going to miss a second day of work for a company with such terrible customer service!
