Michael was very kind and professional. He checked my dryer and determined the problem. However, your company no longer carried the part needed. He put my dryer back together and told me if I could find the part and buy it, I could call and have Michael install the part. I have found the part, but it won't be delivered for a few days. As soon as I get the part, I will call for Michael to return to install it. Thanks to Michael!
