FIVE PLUS for Mike and David. Great technician!!! He and another technician, David, came by today to repair the bottom element in the top oven of my double wall oven. Explained everything. Took great care to protect all surfaces. NEGATIVE FIVE for Customer Service. The frustration is with scheduling. All you get is an AI assistant doing all the scheduling. My appointment was rescheduled 4 times. It cancelled one appointment after I sat home all day waiting. Another had to be rescheduled because AI didn't schedule the helper. Then I couldn't apply the coupon I had. I called Sears Home Services. Talked to someone who was obviously in another country. All I was told we can't do anything the Service Order is closed. The repair just left within the hour. No wonder Sears went out of business. Wonder how long Sears Home Services will last.

Michael is an excellent technician. Although he broke my Maytag dryer while cleaning it, stuff happens. I hope a new timer is found soon. My washer was fixed. Yeah!!!!!
