For three weeks, we were rescheduled to repair our refrigerator and we were frustrated beyond description. When David came to our door, he was like Santa Claus. He was a breath of fresh air. He was concerned about our feelings and listened to our concerns. He not only took care of our repair, but he took care of us. I will never forget his kind heart and courteous ways. He is a "gold star" provider. He should train other technicians how to serve the public. Thank you David for caring about people.

The 2 repair experts that have visited to fix the tension springs & strings for the door to my new dishwasher have been professional. Sadly the dishwasher evidently came with a couple of areas broken so that the door tension system cannot function as there is no place to hook the springs and strings. I look forward to hearing from you in this regard. Michael K showed me where the base was busted and said the whole machine should just be replaced. He was smart and skilled.
