Washer and dryer
Everything was fine when Austin came. He serviced the dryer and did a diagnostic on the washer. It seemed fine and we used it several times. It is now not working again. It is making a clicking noise and is not draining completely. I need a phone number to request an appointment. I believe there was a 90 day guarantee.

David did a great job. Thank you for having great employees. Your system of scheduling service SUCKS. You need to give your customers a better time frame of when the service will take place. The 8am to 5 pm is really bad for those of us who work. We have to take the whole day off. If you could schedule the time in the morning or the afternoon would be much better.
