We had an appliance technician named David make some repairs to our icemaker on our Samsung French Door fridge. He was very cordial, courteous, and kind. He was also very knowledgeable about what needed to be done. We appreciate the great job he did for us!

David was great and very knowledgeable and professional. Unfortunately SHS was not the same with their scheduling. Online scheduling did not reschedule a requested appointment as they said would happen on their app. This change was confirmed to me, but caused their techs to come to an appointment which had been rescheduled but to which they has not been notified.

Once the tech was able to come out and complete the repair (due to parts being sent) all was good! The issue we have is with the warranty company, but that is another story. We always have good service from A & E.
