Eduardo was quick and efficient. He had the water valve for my dishwasher with him that the Sears diagnostic tech had ordered on 4/6/2026. Eduardo installed the valve and checked for leaks and dishwasher functionality. The dishwasher is running and no longer leaking. Thank you, Eduardo, for the quick and excellent repair.

I had called Sears as I had a warranty program through them to obtain service on my A/C unit. I “talked” to Samantha the AI program. I explained the problem with the A/C and expected to receive a service call. I was instead scheduled for a maintenance and preventative appointment. I waited all day to be told by the technician what I already knew. Now I have to go through AI again to try to obtain service. I want to talk to a human, not a robot!

The service technician Eduardo was great, unfortunately the first technician didn’t order all the necessary parts originally. Eduardo did a partial repair so we could use the appliance while waiting for the extra part. Once the additional part came in the repair was made completely.
