I was so happy to see Our Sears tech Jose L He arrived early in the day which makes my day run smooth no waiting around to see what time the tech would come. And then he was so helpful and knowledgeable and professional. I had placed a net cover over our air conditioning unit to protect it from falling leaves and Jose took the time to explain to me why my idea is Was not a good idea. Jose L also helped me with some paperwork which our local utility company needed. We are so happy with Jose he is indeed an asset to the Sears Blue Crew.
