The technician that repaired our Sears Top Load washer on 3/12/24 was friendly, prompt quickly repaired the washer followed by a through diagnostic check. The online automated app that provides text notices needs a lot of work. My original apt was for 3/11. After text discussions with a service rep, he moved the service date to 3/12. I kept receiving numerous texts reminding me of the scheduled apt for 3/11. Apparently the automated scheduler does not update when they service date changes.

He diagnosed the problem quickly and contacted to Home Warranty company which said they would replace the fridge. He was great for me, but he didn't repair anything.
