Very nice man who completely pulled my dryer apart as two options electrical & temperature control for overheating the dryer and shrinking my clothes. dedicated to seeing the job done well and completely fixed. now waiting for parts to repair. Sears is reliable and has intelligent people. he caught mistake in bookkeeping as billed for wrong appliance and got that corrected at same time, signed and ordered new part.. Blessed my household and sears. thank you James. A++..

Neal was very helpful and ensured he communicated his arrival or delay not like a replacement technician that said they were coming this past Friday and never showed up or called to say he wasn't going to make it while I waited around.

Antonio was an excellent repairman. He was courteous and very knowledgeable. He did a detailed diagnostic evaluation of our dryer. I learned so much about the varying temperatures at each setting. I was so happy that he responded to my call. Thank you Antonio & Sears! We’ll be using you again!

Robert was fantastic. He kept me informed on what was happening and what delays on parts he had. He went over and beyond to find me that part and get me working. Highly recommend Robert. My freezer is back up and running
