Very personable and knowledgeable. Installed replacement parts in our freezer without any fanfare. Appreciated his expertise and friendly attitude. Unfortunately, our news was not encouraging. The fan needed to repair our thirteen-year-old Kenmore Elite Refrigerator is no longer available. Why are these parts discontinued so quickly??
