Kevin couldn’t get the part on December 23 so he picked it up and came to install on Christmas Eve!!! Amazing service! He was extremely professional and yet engaging. His personality and demeanor were outstanding!

Technician was great. Had to order a part, so we had to schedule a follow up appt. He was notified when part arrived, and he called to offer an earlier appointment for the same day the part arrived! With 5 adults in the house, we can’t go long without a dryer. We were very thankful!
