Refrigerator check
JaVodka texted me and called me to get information and tell me when he was coming. He made sure that I knew what he would look for and what the price would be for coming out. He was terrific! JaVodka was kind and patient with me and made sure that I understood what I could do to help with the odor we were having trouble with. He helped make sure that I got through the payment process and was just the person we needed. He made our day. Thank you so much.

Collin was our technician today. He did a nice job of quickly assessing the situation and then explaining the different possible outcomes for the unit. He services the unit and made sure the house was cooling. He then gave us some ideas on pricing if this didn't fix the problem. I appreciated his quick work, friendliness and openness on what the unit's future life may look like if this fix doesn't work.
