Timing and friendliness were great, however you should check and see if a part is available before coming to the homeowner's house. If I had known that the part was unavailable and hard to get, I would have cancelled the appointment and bought a new refrigerator and added the almost $200 of the cost to the purchase of a new refrigerator. it turns out the part I needed was extremely rare and otherwise can't be found. So, I will still need to get a new refrigerator. UPDATE 9/20/24. I found a part on eBay. It was delivered today. Called Sears and they sent out a tech today, installed & ran a diagnostic on it to assure it was running. Said I shud have ice by morning. Now that is what I call GOOD Customer Service and no additional charge.🥰🥰

He replaced something in my washing machine. After he was gone, I used it and it still clicks between cycles, but it doesn’t make that noise during the cycle so I’m very happy with what he did.
