I scheduled the maintenance service for my washer and dryer set. The technician seemed not knowing what to check for the washer. He said he fixes everything except the laundry set. I was disappointed.

I’d give 0 stars if I could. Technician came out once and said it was the fan but didn’t tell me the part was being sent to me. So I didn’t watch for its arrival. Then he came out a 2nd time and said it needed another part and he’d be back. Then crickets. Turns out the part ordered was not for my model anyway. Then without stepping foot back in my house said it was the compressor due to damage that doesn’t exist. I’d call to complain but Sears AI doesn’t know how to tell you anything about a ticket that was closed without a repair being made nor can you reach a supervisor.

It took about three or four service calls to fix the problem, but the last part that they put in, they really messed up with the cables and had done a sloppy job

Tech didn't really seem to know the job; suggested I wait 24-48 hours before the internal temperature of the refrigerator would reach ideal cooling temperature. It never happened.

Do not EVER use this service. Their scheduling software is horrible. You have to agree to a 8 hour window for service. They may show on the scheduled day, but maybe. Then, they will just reschedule you for another day at will. Oh, I called their customer service, but you go straight to India where their people can send an email that does nothing. You can’t talk to anyone who counts. Wanna speak to a manager? They’ll call you in 24 hours or so. Unbelievable. This company is horrible in every way.

Tech was unable to complete diagnostics, because he claimed he couldn’t fully get the dishwasher out of the cabinet. The tech did not properly reseat the dishwasher. I was still charged diagnostic fee even though he did not diagnose the problem.

Technician arrived over 3 hours late without updating me or Sears gave me no way to communicate with them. They came in and said they wasn't anything wrong with our fridge and freezer dispite them losing cooling control multiple times. They just moved the plastic door cushions back in place and gave no note on where to go from there with our issue.
