Hussein was very knowledgeable about the Kenmore product. He was also very polite and respectful. He explained in thorough detail about the way the digital panel works on the double oven and also about how the Sears Home Warranty works that you offer. Even though we did not purchase we learned a lot from him which will help us make an educated decision when we are ready to purchase. It was a good experience.

He was professional, knowledgeable, on time and answered my questions. I like that he called ahead to ask what the problem was, and he called again to say what time his arrival would be. A great role model for those in the repair service.

As part of my 5 year warranty the Sears tech checked all the elements of my dishwasher. He also shared some important information on how the machine works and how to clean the filter. He was very helpful.
