The Repair Technician completed the repair efficiently and timely. He did a great job! The AI Chat person recorded the wrong address and when I tried to change it online, the option was not available. I think it's imperative to have human communication when it comes to this type of issue.

The repairman was super professional. My problem is with customer service. NEVER get to speak to a live representative. These automated people CANNOT solve your problem. The communication between the company and the repairman is not good either. The repairman relates something to you that the company says and the company never replies back to you. The repairman came to my home 4/02/2026 to repair my washer. When all said and done, the washer couldn't be fixed. The part it needed was no longer manufactured. I was told the the company would replace my washer. They would call me to make arrangements in 30 minutes. NEVER called me back and I'm still without a washer, been almost 2 weeks. I do have a current service contract. Please representative call me. NO robot person PLEASE!!!
