So, this is the 3rd time in 3 weeks that we have had a technician for the same appliance. We have had soldering done, a new evaporator installed and finally today the technician discovered a leak so that the freon was leaking out and neither the freezer or top part were cooling. I have lost several items of food and hopefully this will be our last visit for a while. The technician today was really nice.

Niles was very nice and friendly. Called before he arrived. Told us what the problem was and didn't mind when we said we had to think about which direction we were going either fix or buy new since our oven is old and they don't make it anymore. He was very courteous.
