The technician did a great job. It was the process to contact Sears to make an appointment was the hard part. 3 different numbers to call, no one had my number on file. The website was down. Having to talk with an AI instead of a real human. That was the frustrating part.

Long wait time. Courteous guy. dryer s now blowing hot air. Not sure it resolved long term problem but for now it's good. Wish I had the opportunity to vacuum dryer prior to tech closing reassembling dryer. .

Emailed the needed parts for repair. Driver did not have the battery, did not have the blades. I had to buy a battery from local dealer. Not ideal.
